　　First Round Audit

　　首輪驗(yàn)廠

　　1. This is Target initial audit of a factory to determine if the factory is ac c eptable.

　　這是Target進(jìn)行的首次驗(yàn)廠,以決定該工廠是否可以接受.

　　2. Target pays for the first and second audits. After;the second audit, if a follow-up audit is required the vendor will be charged per additional audit.

　　Target支付第一次和第二次驗(yàn)廠費(fèi)用. 第二次以后, 如果需要進(jìn)行跟蹤驗(yàn)廠, 工廠或供應(yīng)商需支付本次額外驗(yàn)廠費(fèi)用.

　　3. There are a maximum of three audits

　　驗(yàn)廠最多有三次機(jī)會(huì).
