3. 合同(如有變更需要復(fù)核)

4. 相關(guān)資料準(zhǔn)備

5. 確定審核日期

6. 進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場審核(同時進(jìn)行文件審核)
Conduct on-the-spot audit (and review documents at the same time)
7. 發(fā)出糾正措施
Emit corrective action
8. 采取糾正措施

9. 驗(yàn)證

11. 發(fā)出報告和證書

1. 如果審核后，沒有需要糾正的，會在15個工作日內(nèi)發(fā)出報告和證書

2. BRC認(rèn)證需要購買最新版本的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)材料
